As a Product Leader, I drive product-led growth through evidence-based decision making and deep empathy for the user. To me, every executed initiative must solve a real-world problem and deliver measurable impact on business metrics.
Beyond my core role, I actively practice as a curriculum developer and instructor. I design and run training programs that connect technology and product management. Most importantly, I am a hands-on technical executor. I directly build production-grade applications and agentic workflows end-to-end, taking them from initial specification straight through to deployment.

Curricula rooted in production reality
Running a training program is one thing. Getting your team to actually apply it on the job is another. If you run a bootcamp or lead corporate training, you know the gap.
I've seen plenty of curricula that look great on paper and fall apart in practice, too far from how the company really works. My take: curricula should be written by practitioners. I can design the syllabus and teach it.
- AI & engineering track: a full curriculum spanning no-code automation, RAG, and agentic architectures, tied to real industry cases.
- PM bootcamp (SKKNI-aligned): beyond management theory. Real discovery, prioritization, and weaving AI naturally into the managerial workflow.
- Corporate training & workshops: got a specific technical gap on the team? I'll shape the curriculum and train them directly.
Need a partner to design and teach the curriculum?
Automate the operation, ship the real fix
As a founder or decision-maker, you've probably thought: just hire more people to move faster. In practice, adding headcount for manual work usually adds coordination overhead. I've been there.
Real efficiency comes from the right infrastructure. If you need a technical executor to build the software or the agentic workflow, I'll take it from zero to launch, cutting manual steps and multiplying data accuracy.
- Agentic AI workflows: LLM architectures that take over manual back-office work. Time saved, operational precision intact.
- Spec-driven production apps: SaaS platforms or internal tools. I turn your product vision from a spec document into a working app.
- Scalable tech architecture: production-grade foundations without over-engineering, a modern stack chosen to fit the problem, from data layer to AI APIs.
Got a manual process you want to cut?

Clinical AI Has an Evidence Problem, and It Is Economic
Clinical AI adoption requires more than regulatory approval and accuracy. Without a standardized economic case and workflow integration, deployments will stall.

Critical Thinking With AI Is a Separate Skill, and It Can Be Measured
General critical thinking doesn't transfer to AI use. For product teams, AI literacy is a testable requirement, not an abstract aspiration.

Skills Replace Prompts as the Unit of Reuse
Prompt libraries never compounded. Packaged, versioned, and self-improving skills have become the new unit of reuse, fundamentally changing agentic engineering.
